Based in Dublin, Ireland, Happier at Work partners with business leaders globally to solve people issues using data. We offer clients a range of services: Speaking, Training and Workshops; Happiness Audit; Corporate programmes such as the Happier at Work programme and the Imposter to Empowered® programme; Online Courses the Imposter to Empowered® programme. Areas of focus may include: core values discovery and alignment; needs assessment; having difficult conversations; understanding strengths. All concepts are embedded in the organisation using workshops and coaching to ensure maximum return on investment.

My name is Aoife O’Brien and I set up Happier at Work in 2019 to support organisations to become more people-focused. When you put people first, it leads to a happier working environment. Happier workplaces experience higher productivity, increased motivation, superior performance, and lower attrition. Happier workplaces also lead to happier clients! I saw an opportunity to help organisations to use people data and research to drive happier work environments, leading to improved retention, engagement and motivation.
