Testimonials:

Fiona Gohier, MSD

Aoife was the speaker for the Women’s Network DE&I month event at MSD in September. She gave a valuable, engaging session in person and online to approx. 50 people, on the subject of “Happier Careers, Happier Lives”. Her content was so relevant and thought provoking, and it resonated with everyone who attended. The content was new for many, but Aoife delivered it in an inclusive manner, with polished delivery and lots of humour. In the days and weeks following the event, many people spoke to me about the changes they had made and the different way they were thinking since Aoife’s talk. Aoife shared wonderful resources and made the entire experience easy for the Women’s Network from the moment we engaged with her. It was really easy to work with her on a practical level – she has a user-friendly booking system, and she was very accommodating with our scheduling requests. Overall, a very positive experience and we would work with Aoife again in a heartbeat!

Personally I love the warmth of her personality, her authenticity and genuine investment in all the pursuits she puts her energy in.

A pleasure to work with

It was a pleasure working with Aoife as part of our advanced clinical practice annual study day. This years theme was tackling imposter syndrome and Aoife’s presentation was one of the highlights of the day. Although Aoife’s background is business and HR her tools in identifying imposter syndrome and the barriers, she faced resonated with a team of clinical staff and are just as applicable to a hospital setting. Everyone left her talk with a better self-awareness of their own version of imposter syndrome and more importantly felt equipped with the tools to manage it. Aoife was engaging, warm, and this was reflected in the positive feedback she received from the delegates. We look forward to working with Aoife again in the future.

The session deeply resonated

I invited Aoife to speak at our inaugural event for Early Career HR Professionals, to speak in relation to Imposter Syndrome. It was the perfect kickoff to the series. The session deeply resonated with the audience and sparked some great conversations afterward about confidence in the workplace. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aoife to anyone looking for a speaker who truly connects with the room.
