Aoife was the speaker for the Women’s Network DE&I month event at MSD in September. She gave a valuable, engaging session in person and online to approx. 50 people, on the subject of “Happier Careers, Happier Lives”. Her content was so relevant and thought provoking, and it resonated with everyone who attended. The content was new for many, but Aoife delivered it in an inclusive manner, with polished delivery and lots of humour. In the days and weeks following the event, many people spoke to me about the changes they had made and the different way they were thinking since Aoife’s talk. Aoife shared wonderful resources and made the entire experience easy for the Women’s Network from the moment we engaged with her. It was really easy to work with her on a practical level – she has a user-friendly booking system, and she was very accommodating with our scheduling requests. Overall, a very positive experience and we would work with Aoife again in a heartbeat!
