I have worked with Aoife on several occasions whilst working at two different companies and have very much enjoyed partnering with her. Aoife was extremely flexible and friendly when working with us and was happy to customise the Imposter Syndrome session to meet the goals and outcomes of our Thrive development program, including inviting our Ciena leaders onto the session and engaging them in the discussion so our participants could hear their experiences!
