As Chair of the Womens’ Network at the Central Bank of Ireland, we are always looking for ways to empower and support our colleagues. This year to mark IWD 2023 we were delighted to welcome Aoife to discuss and unpack the concept of imposter syndrome. It was a pleasure to work with Aoife leading up to IWD. She is creative, positive and solution focused. The session she delivered to colleagues was impactful and thought provoking and challenged us to better understand ourselves and our motivations. I would definitely recommend working with Aoife and hope to do so again.
